THANKS FOR RIDING!
Thanks for riding the Second Annual Seattle Century! What a great day for touring and eating around Seattle and its fringes. We heard from many of you that you may have actually gained weight on this delicious ride.

Over 1,000 riders came out for the day. Next year we're going for 2,000!

We hope you had an incredible ride and we look forward to seeing you next year.

THANKS, VOLUNTEERS!
We had an amazing crew of volunteers out there with you on the ride. They helped you register, served food, set up the event, cleaned up, loaded equipment, cheered you on and helped you have a great ride. Some of our volunteers also took us up on our offer of a free ride, something to keep in mind for next year! Over 100 volunteers were out there with us for the day - so let's give a huge round of applause to these great people for volunteering their time.

HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS
The Seattle Century would not have been as successful without the huge support of our sponsors. If you felt well supported or well fed on the ride, let these companies know how much you appreciate their dedication by supporting their businesses.

If you enjoyed the tasty, cold beers at the end of the ride, you have our friends at Widmer Brothers Brewing Co. to thank. Widmer donated their Hefeweizen and Drifter Pale Ale at the finish line as well as beer at the Pre-Ride Check In and a take-home beer in your goodie bag.

We would like to thank REI for their extensive support of the Seattle Century. They hosted our Pre-Ride Check and helped wrench on bikes. Plus, REI has a lot of infectious enthusiasm for the Seattle Century.

We believe in delicious bread. That's why we provided Dave's Killer Bread on course and at the finish line. You enjoyed his bread at the deli sandwich rest stop at Cherry Valley Elementary as well as slices of their seedy, hardy Peace Bombs at the finish line feast.

We'd like to send out a hearty thanks to the additional companies who provided every rider with food and drink to keep you fueled on the road.

* Gorge Delights brought along JustFruit, their simple, healthy snacks, made from 100% fruit, containing no additives, preserver or added sugars.
* LARABAR provided their nutritional bars which are made from 100% whole food. Each flavor contains no more than eight ingredients.
* Hammer Nutrition, Nuun and ActivWater provided you with the electrolytes you needed to beat the heat, stay hydrated and make it through the ride in style.
